Such a warming environment this makes! They have really effort into making the flames look real. I love it. Easy set up and works great.
I decided to go with the 20" and for our room it works perfect.I received the electrical heater super fast even though the shipping sais that it was going to take a week.It was easy to assemble all you need is cross tip long screwdriver. It took me about 10 minutes to put the legs on the heater. I like that to turn it on and set the temp you have to open the the littler door and you can actually turn the fire effect on and the heater off and vice-versa.It's quiet and heats our 14x11 room fast. I wish the 20" would come with a remote , other than that no complaints about the heater. I will update once it gets colder and I have to use it full force.
I love this heater. It helps set the mood for relaxing and romance. The heater works really well and if it gets warm, it functions as a fireplace without heat. This is one of the best products I have purchased in awhile.

Just received it within the scheduled time window. Assembly was straightforward. You'll need a long shaft screwdriver but that's about it. Very cute heater. My partner loves how it looks as well.
I have a fairly large bedroom with 12 ft ceilings. It heats the room quickly. The faux fire appears as real as it can and you can get lost gazing into the flames. I recommend this product.

I bought one of the 23" models and really liked it, so when the 20" size went on sale, I bought one of those as well. The 20" one puts out a lot of heat and the 'flame' effect is fun.It's fairly sturdy and made of mostly metal, except for the legs, which are my only complaint. The legs are plastic and pretty flimsy, where the legs on the 23" model were more sturdy, although they were also plastic. However, after these are attached, they don't feel very secure and the plastic is so thin I'm thinking it could break very easily. Plus the plastic legs are attached right up snug against the heating element, which kind of makes me wonder about the heat source so close to the plastic.All in all however, for the money it's a nice little 'fireplace'.
