Please note：Ice cubes cannot be kept in the machine for a long time. If you'd like to keep ice cubes for a long time, you'd better keep them in the freezer.

Please pay attention to the temperature of the water you add, if you add water that is too hot, the first few rounds of the machine will be slightly less effective in making ice. After one or two rounds of ice-making, the water temperature will drop and everything will be back to normal.

Keep maker upright for at least 24 hours before first using it.

When the ambient temperature is too high, you can close the lid to maintain the temperature of the ice cubes.Using pure water or distilled water can help you make more transparent ice cubes.

I turned on and plugged in as instructed 24 hours after setting up and added water put on for small ice and two hours I had full ice yeah amazing ice maker

I bought the ice maker for my office. We figured that it would make enough for each day. We are pleasantly surprised that it makes a little more ice then we needed. Which actually comes in handy. Very pleased with our purchase. Super quite.

Generates ice pretty quickly but has it's limitations. It makes 9 ice cubes in 8 minutes, at first they come out small and soft, but they will come out larger after it runs a while. Essentially it makes enough for 4 glasses an hour, so I'd consider it enough ice for 2 to 4 people actively drinking, clearly not nearly enough for a party. The downside is it does not hold much ice, so there is no good way to stockpile it. On the upside it generates nonstop, so you'll never run out, as long as you aren't consuming it faster than it can make it, and you keep the reservoir topped up.
Got this over the counter overnight before I made some ice. I am very pleased with the result. Bought this for our vacation house as we always ran out of ice from the fridge. Perfect size for a family. I think the small cubes are really sooo cute..
After letting it sit on my countertop for 3 hours I turned it on. The first couple cycles were slow. After 3 hours I started getting more ice cubes than I could use. Nice well built product.
Easy set up and use. Very intuitive controls. The large ice is good enough to use in large and small cups. The noise level is noticable because we have quite appliances, but not bad.
