Information About Shipping

Standard Delivery
Our estimated delivery time is 4 – 6 days for most areas.

What You’ll Be Able to See:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your order details with a link to view more details online, including:
- Order Status
- Carrier
- Tracking Number

Please Note:
- High volumes, holidays, weather, or delivery issues (like an incomplete address) may cause delays.
- Items that come in bundles will be delivered in multiple shipments. A separate email will be sent for each tracking number.
- Tracking may not update right away for several reasons—your package could still be in transit even if it appears to be stalled. If it’s been more than 5 days since your last update, please contact us so we can help.
- Warranty replacement orders may be waiting for your proof of purchase or the return of the original item. Your replacement will be shipped once we have received and processed the return or proof of purchase (up to 10 business days).
- For pre-sale orders, the product details page will specify the latest shipping date. Please refer to this page for shipping details related to pre-sale orders.

Orders made on our US website are only shipped within the contiguous US, and we cannot deliver to the following areas:

Is expedited shipping available for all products?
Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this moment.

How will my delivery be shipped?
Your order will be shipped either by the warehousing company that we directly cooperate with.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the product is en route.

What if my package is returned to the sender?
Your package may be returned to the original sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please contact our support and provide us with the correct shipping address, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
