Pour 40 ml green apple syrup into the glass.

Fill the glass with cube ice.
Step 3
Mix the butterfly pea flower tea with lemon juice (until it turns purple) and then pour into the glass.
Step 4
Top with 60–90 ml sparkling water.
Step 5
Place an orange slice on the rim for garnish. Serve immediately.
