Soak your chia seeds in a splash of water until they gel.

Step 2

Prepare mashed kiwi (1 oz) and mashed dragon fruit (1 oz).

Step 3

Pour chia seeds and kiwi puree into the bottom of a glass cup.

Step 4

Pour in 3 oz of orange juice and 3 oz sparkling water.

Step 5

Top with 1 oz dragon fruit puree. Stir gently and enjoy.
